Cancellation Policy
Monthly Memberships:
• Notice Period: Members may cancel their monthly membership at any time with a 30-day written notice.
• Refunds: No refunds will be issued for the remaining days within the 30-day notice period.
Annual Memberships:
• Early Termination: Members wishing to cancel an annual membership before the end of the term will be subject to an early termination fee equivalent to one month’s membership dues.
• Notice Period: A 30-day written notice is required for early termination.

At the end of your membership term, your membership will automatically renew unless you submit a cancellation request prior to your renewal date.
Medical and Relocation Exceptions
• Medical Conditions: Members can cancel their membership without penalty by providing a doctor’s note detailing a medical condition that prevents them from participating in fitness activities.
• Relocation: Members relocating more than 25 miles away from the gym may cancel their membership without penalty with proof of new address and a 30-day notice.
Suspension Policy
• Temporary Holds: Members can temporarily suspend their membership for medical reasons, travel, or other personal reasons with prior written notice. Suspensions are allowed for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months per year.
Procedure for Cancellations and Suspensions
• Written Notice: All cancellation and suspension requests must be submitted in writing via email to ForgedinFireKzoo24@gmail.com or at the front desk.
• Confirmation: The gym will acknowledge receipt of the cancellation or suspension request within 7 business days. The effective date will be from the date of acknowledgment.
Refund Process
• Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
• Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the membership.
Changes to Policy
• Notification: The gym reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy. Members will be notified of any significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
