Privacy Policy

Forged in Fire Fitness ("Forged in Fire", "we", "us") operates the gym at 6255 Technology Ave A, Kalamazoo, MI 49009, and the website forgedinfirekzoo.gymdesk.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about it.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, email address, and phone number — for example when you sign up for a free trial, book a session, contact us, or send us a message.
  • Membership and booking information: your membership type, session bookings, and attendance, managed through our booking platform, Gymdesk.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.
  • Advertising leads: when you submit a form through one of our ads (for example on Facebook or Instagram), we receive the name, phone number, and email address you entered on that form.
  • Basic website data: standard technical information your browser sends when you visit this site, such as pages viewed.

How we use your information

  • To run the gym: managing memberships, booking sessions, and checking you in.
  • To contact you about your trial, membership, bookings, and schedule changes.
  • To respond to your questions and messages.
  • To send occasional updates and offers about the gym, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the gym — our booking/membership platform (Gymdesk), payment processors, and the advertising platforms where our ads run (such as Meta/Facebook and Instagram) — and only as needed for them to provide their services. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

  • You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
  • You can opt out of marketing texts and emails at any time by replying STOP to a text or contacting us directly.
